Overview
Luz Medicine provides different levels of service based on the needs of our patients. Please read through each service option to learn more. Once you've read through them all, you can choose the option that best serves your needs. Simply click on the sign up button for one of the memberships, and you'll be automatically directed to sign yourself up right away. It's easy to join Luz Medicine, because patients shouldn't have to work hard to receive excellent medical care.
Once a patient has signed up for Luz Medicine, they can schedule their own appointments, at anytime, from anyplace. Appointments can be telephone, video/virtual, or in person (no extra fees for convenient appointments that suit your needs)!

Those interested in establishing care at Luz Medicine are often joining for basic primary care needs: physicals, sick visits, and ongoing medical management. Common in office testing and procedures are also included in the basic membership fee.

We work closely with new fertility patients to review the details of their past medical history, perform any remaining testing, and discover what diagnoses may be the cause of their symptoms. Because of the high level of care provided to new fertility patients, their rates are higher in the first three months of membership.

We are happy to care for ongoing fertility wellness patients, including prenatal care to 24 weeks, or those seeking care at Luz Medicine for other complex medical issues. We will work with you closely to be sure we are supporting you and giving you the attention you need for the best care possible.

Additional Information
For new Direct Primary Care patients joining Luz Medicine, there is a one time $150 enrollment fee per household. This fee does not apply to New Fertility Patients and Ongoing Wellness patients.
We are working to release specialized consultation offerings specifically for those with additional fertility or maternity needs. Stay tuned for all the details soon!
